We classify all irreducible, almost commutative geometries whose spectral
action is dynamically non-degenerate. Heavy use is made of Krajewski's
diagrammatic language. The motivation for our definition of dynamical
non-degeneracy stems from particle physics where the fermion masses are
non-degenerate.
