Observational results concerning wave-number dependent spectral line
ratio fluctuations in atmospheric emissions are reported. Linear
relationships are obtained when spectral line ratio fluctuations are
plotted vs. the photon energies when studying Ba-release, nightglow, and
auroral emissions.
