We present preliminary results of observations of the spectrum of comet C/2001 A2 (LINEAR) obtained with the Multipupil Fiber Spectrograph, installed in the Prime Focus of the 6-m Telescope of the SAO of the RAS (Northern Caucasus, Nizhny Arkhyz), on August 11/12, 12/13 and 14/15, 2001. High resolution spectra of the comet were obtained in the range from 3800-5200 AA. The emission lines in the spectrum of comet C/2001 A2 (LINEAR) on Aug. 12, 2001 were identified. The fluorescent continuum in the spectrum of comet C/2001 A2 (LINEAR) on Aug. 12, 2001 is detected.
