Seven times of minimum were obtained for the W Ursae Majoris type system 44i Bootis; three primary and four secondary. These observations were taken using a 10-inch Newtonian reflector and 1P21 photomultiplier at Lewis & Clark College. Our times of minimum are used with previously observed minimum times for plotting an (o-c) curve to generate a function that describes how the system's ~ 6.5 hr. period is changing over time. After applying a parabolic least squares fit to the (o-c) curve we obtain a quadratic function F(E), where E is the eclipse number. Adding this to the 1991 ephemeris of Oprescu, we obtain a corrected non-linear ephemeris JD 2443604.5919 + 0.26781665 E + 5.9 x10(-11) E(2) . From this we find, in agreement with past observations, that the period of 44i Bootis is increasing over time, and determine the rate of increase.
