The results of visual observations of a number of atmospheric-optical phenomena at earth's night and twilight horizon from the 'Salyut-4' orbiting space laboratory are presented. A comparison is made of the results of observations of the well-pronounced horizontal nonuniformity of the emission radiation of the earth's upper atmosphere from the 'Soyuz-3', 'Soyuz-9', 'Soyuz-15' spacecraft and the 'Salyut-4' orbiting space laboratory. The results of observations of the scintillation of planets at the earth's night horizon and the green color of a portion of the earth's twilight aureole are reported and discussed.
