In our inhomogeneous cosmological model with a local void (a
cosmological void model) on scales of about 200 Mpc, we discuss the
possibility to explain consistently the accelerating behavior of SNIa in
[m, z] relation, the CMB dipole anisotropy, and the cosmic bulk flow.
