The vortex structure of plasma flows in the magnetosheath near the dusk magnetosphere for relatively large values of ZGSM is described. The case under consideration differs from those studied previously in other works, because not a simple vortex motion, but a mixture of various oscillations of the plasma velocity and the magnetic field has been observed. A sharp peak describing the vortex of the velocity and the magnetic field at a frequency of 0.4 mHz was distinguished among them using special Fourier analysis. Phase relations between the velocity and the magnetic field disturbances related to the vortex structure are considered, as well as their relation to disturbances of the magnetic and thermal pressures of the plasma. Other wave packages were considered at close frequencies in parallel. The values of the Poynting's vector were obtained for the most intensive packages. Results show that in this event a wave transport of electromagnetic energy (and the vortex structure as well) occurred mainly along directions tangential to the magnetopause. We explain the obtained results assuming the existence of a drift-Alfven vortex chain in the region of the observations.
