Results of observations of the radio burst on August 4, 1983 are published. Following characteristics of the radio burst are found: maximum flux of unpolarized radiation and polarized component of the radio burst, their brightness temperatures, one-dimensional size of the radiating region. Optical identification of the radio burst with a flare region is made.
