In the present paper, the dynamics of formation of photoelectron fluxes
in the earth's plasmasphere is analyzed with allowance for the
interaction between the zones of free and captured photoelectrons. An
algorithm for solving the kinetic equation is proposed, and some
numerical results obtained on its basis are examined.
