We have modeled giant luminous arcs (Fig. 1) found by Lavery and Henry
(1988) in the cluster Abell 963 (Fig. 2). There is, at least, three
times more lensing mass associated to the cluster than to the galaxies.
The source is probably a very faint galaxy (L <= 0.1 L*) which may be
a small spiral at z=0.77.
