Recent development of RI beam production opens a new possibility of research in nuclear astrophysics. At intermediate-energies (several tens to several hundreds MeV/u), thermonuclear reactions can be studied indirectly by the Coulomb dissociation and Coulomb excitation reactions, and possibly also by the transfer and charge-exchange reactions with inverse kinematics. A brief review and perspectives for studies using these reactions are given.
