Black Holes, Phase Transitions: General Studies

Scientific paper

Using the Landau-Lifshitz theory for thermodynamic fluctuations, we
calculate and estimate some second moments of relevant quantities for
charged dilaton black holes. The nonequilibrium second-order phase
transition for extremal charged dilaton black holes is discussed.
