The non-LTE state of the isothermal steady-state decretion disk around the Be star was calculated by the iteration method. The on-the-spot approximation is adopted for the line transfer, and the continuous radiation is determined through the numerical integration. The decretion disk can reproduce the reasonable V magnitude increase for the mass loss rate less than 10^{-10}M_{odot}yr^{-1} and the observed characteristics of the Balmer line profiles. While, the calculated emission equivalent widths are too small, compared to the observation of π Aqr. Our assumption of T_{d}=2/3 T_{eff} is valid in the case of the optically thin disk, while the disk temperature becomes lower in the optically thick disk.
