Future generation solar neutrino experiments will be required with the capaility of low energy threshold, real-time detection in both charged-current and neutral-current channels. A number of research and development efforts are underway to assess the feasibitlity for new generation solar neutrino detectors to meet these goals. The scientific case and the goals for future solar neutrino experiments will be discussed in an accompanying presentation. In this presentation we provide details on possible detectors and the requirements for siting such experiments at a National Underground Science Laboratory.
