Cosmic rays produce nuclides in lunar rocks and meteorites. Good neutron
and proton production cross sections are needed to analyze these
cosmogenic nuclide archives. New cross sections reported here include
SiO2(n,x)14C at 78.4 +- 1.9 MeV and Ti(p,x)14C for 100-500 MeV.
