In the present work we investigate the energy flux of the EAS (Extensive Air Shower) hadron component as a function of the EAS initiating primary particle energy. The results obtained in this work are completely in agreement with those obtained earlier by an independent experiment investigating the high energy muon groups in EAS. The observation of a PCR (Primary Cosmic Radiation) nuclei spectra cutoff in the energy region <~ 1016 eV is confirmed.
