The special relativity theory is discussed. A second weak field analogous to Fermi's weak field has been assumed, based on the Lorentz-invariant elementary cell theorem of quantum mechanics. It yields a theory of the transfer processes of photons and ponderable bodies at the proper time zero, a theory of the cosmical red shift of light, the cosmological law of conservation, the generation of energy and momentum of cosmic rays and stars, a theory of the 3 K background radiation of the sky, and a theory of the inertial mass according to Mach's principle. The general relativity theory is reduced to very small gravitational potentials. Metrical cosmology is shown to be an error of Einstein. A unified linear Lorentz-invariant field theory for the gravitational and electromagnetic fields is derived.
