The electromagnetic properties of neutrinos with the Dirac mass are calculated in hot and dense medium in the presence of a strong magnetic field. The particles in the background are considered as a degenerate Fermi Gas. Neutrinos are neutral particles but still they can interact with the external magnetic field through virtual electrons indirectly. We evaluate the background contribution to the magnetic moment of neutrino and estimate that how it helps to understand the propagation of particles in the magnetized medium. We also consider the thermodynamics of electrons and the vector bosons in the stellar medium
