We consider the apparent superluminal speed of neutrinos in their travel from CERN to Gran Sasso, as measured by the OPERA experiment, within the framework of large extra dimensions. The flavor neutrinos, living in a brane, may oscillate to sterile neutrinos propagating in the bulk. If the brane we live in is curved, the sterile neutrino can take a shortcut through the bulk, leading to an apparent superluminal neutrino speed. As an outcome of our analysis we deduce the radius of the large extra dimension (2:7{\mu}m) and the curvature of the brane (1/100). We suggest that a long base-line neutrino beam from CERN to NESTOR neutrino telescope will be essential and helpful for unraveling the nature of the phenomenon.
