Here we report redshifts for two AGNs discovered in X-rays. These objects
were selected using two separate color criteria: either 1) J-K > 2 (Cutri el al, 2002), or 2) the combination of J-K > 1.7 and r-K > 4 (Glikman et al, 2004), and for being brighter than K<14 (Perez et al,2006). The spectra were taken with GNIRS on Gemini South under poor weather conditions, so they have low S/N. We measure redshifts of 0.209 for 2MP1211 and 0.23 for 2MP2058. We also compare their continua with a template made from common, blue, low-redshift quasars (Glikman et al., 2006).We analize the possibility of case B recomination using Pa-alpha to Pa-beta emission-line ratios.
