A method is proposed for evaluating the dependence of the Doppler frequency shift during solar flares on the operating frequency for various reflection heights. It is shown that the nature of the dependence of the Doppler shift on the operating frequency is defined by the range of operating frequencies and reflection heights at which the electron concentration changes during flares.
