N=2 supersymmetric extensions of the l-conformal Galilei algebra and the
l-conformal Newton-Hooke algebra are constructed. A coordinate transformation
which relates representations of the algebras in non-relativistic spacetime is
given. An infinite-dimensional Virasoro-Kac-Moody-type extension is given.
