Pulsars: Gamma Rays, Gamma-Ray Pulsars: Luminosities

Scientific paper

Based on the A-S model, the mechanism of γ-ray emission of pulsars
is discussed. After considering both dipole and quadrupole magnetic
fields, the criterion of radio pulsars as γ-ray pulsars is
presented. According to the criterion, the luminosities and fluxes of
thirteen pulsars which are possible γ-ray pulsars are calculated.
