Absolute calibrated multichannel devices based on plane and spherical
multilayer mirrors and transparent filters have been used for spectral
investigation of high-temperature plasma in a soft X-ray range.
Possibility of optimization of the multilayers and filters to obtain
maximum values of the channel transmittance and contrast are discussed.
