This paper demonstrates the existence of multifractal structure in the large-scale magnetic strength fluctuations in the heliosheath. The multifractal spectrum and the generalized dimensions can be described by the multiplicative binomial model. We examine the relation between the multifractal structure of the magnetic field strength in the heliosheath and in the supersonic solar wind near 40 A.U. and 85 A.U. The intermittency exponent in the heliosheath (0.021) is smaller than that in the distant solar wind (0.072). This suggests that the termination shock and/or relaxation processes in the heliosheath cause the reduction in the intermittency of the large-scale fluctuations in the magnetic field strength. There is no model of these processes at present.
