We conducted a multi-wavelength observing campaign on Neptune between June and October, 2003. We used the 10-m Keck telescope at near- and mid-infrared wavelengths and the VLA at radio wavelengths. At mid-infrared and radio wavelengths the south polar region is relatively warm, which we interpret as being caused by global dynamics in Neptune's atmosphere: subsiding motions over the pole and the equator and rising at southern midlatitudes are qualitatively consistent all the observations.
