A suite of XUV Doppler Telescope (XDT), Yohkoh Soft X-ray Telescope (SXT) and SOHO Extreme-ultraviolet Imaging Telescope (EIT) images allow us to see whole temperature evolution of coronal loops. We show that hot loops seen in SXT images (T > 3 MK) and cool loops seen in EIT/XDT images (T = 1--2 MK) sometimes exist in spatially alternate way. We follow the time evolution of several hot (SXT) and cool (EIT 195 Å) loops and found that their anti-coincidence is conserved for much longer than their estimated cooling time scales. This suggests that each loop has its own destined heating rate, and that there are high heating-rate loops and low heating-rate (dormant) loops.
