Theoretical results are presented on the motion with respect to the mass
center of a symmetric satellite with a spherical cavity containing a
noncontact spherical rotor. The mass center of the rotor, coinciding
with the center of its outer spherical surface, is maintained at the
center of mass of the satellite.
