The Center for Adaptive Optics Treasury Survey (CATS) consists of a multi-year near-infrared imaging campaign of deep extragalactic survey fields including GEMS, COSMOS, and EGS. By using the Keck Adaptive Optics System, we are able to achieve spatial resolution comparable to the optical diffraction limit of HST. For our redshift range (z 0.5 - 1.0) the NIR images probe rest-frame visible photons, thereby enabling a direct comparison to local optical surveys. We present preliminary results of the statistics of fundamental bulge and disk parameters for a sample of CATS targets with K’ > 20 mag (160 sources). We offer a comparison of morphological features of these sources to local galaxies and discuss the implications for galaxy evolution.
