Maps of monthly and seasonal mean outgoing longwave radiation (OLR) and anomalies have been prepared for the period of record June, 1974 through December, 1985. Anomalies are derived from the mean based on the period June, 1974 through December, 1983. This is the first time a sequence of monthly mean OLR maps and anomalies covering nearly a decade, has been published.
