A method for calculation of absolute production rates of cosmogenic nuclides, based on the Monte Carlo simulation of hadron cascade process in matter is presented. The experimental depth profiles of 22Na, 26Al and 53Mn in lunar samples are compared with results of computations. A disagreement between theoretical and experimental results for 26Al and 53Mn has been found.
