We propose a detail theoretical approach modeling molecular librations in
liquid investigated by ultrafast optically heterodyne detected optical Kerr
effect (OHD-OKE). The approach has been applied for fluoroform molecular liquid
and new information about spectrum, relaxation time and time domain librations
has been obtained.
