Moessbauer spectra of rocks and fusion crust associated with the Kirin meteorite fall are reported. Data on the percent of nickel in kamacite and taenite and on the characteristics of the troilite crystal lattice are discussed. The spectra of silicate minerals are examined, and the results are applied in a study of the equilibrium and the metamorphism that had occurred in the Kirin meteor.
