It is demonstrated that the generation of Fs(t) oscillation packets of Pc1 pulsations of different form can be adequately modeled by the solution of a coupled system of two oscillatory ordinary differential equations. The excitation of these pulsations is connected with the cyclotron instability of the magnetoplasma. One of the equations, describing Y(t) oscillations, is of linear parametric type. An important result is that 'fast' Y(t) oscillations (Alfven waves in this case) are modulated by slower Z(t) oscillations.
