Two methods of radiation intensity fluctuations modeling during stellar
occultations by Earth's atmosphere are suggested. Vertical anisotropy of
inhomogeneities and ray path distortion due to macroscopic spherical
anisotrropy of atmosphere are taken into account. Some numerical results
are discussed.
