Warm ISM and intracluster medium are low-density high-temperature plasmas where the dissipation scales of the magnetic field are much smaller than the viscous scale of the fluid motions. MHD turbulence in this regime is the saturated state of the small-scale turbulent dynamo. We will review our recent theoretical and numerical work on this subject [1-4]: the structure of the magnetic fields produced by the dynamo, the mechanism of dynamo saturation, and the inertial-range physics of the saturated state.
