The method of Coulomb breakup was investigated used to extract absolute
astrophysical S-factors for primordial 7Li synthesis. The
method is discussed for the breakup of 42 MeV-7Li through
astrophysical continuum states with emphasis on the amplification
factor, nuclear breakup contribution and Coulomb reacceleration.
