As part of the international northern PZT stars program, positions of all the major planets except Pluto and of Ceres, Pallas, Juno, and Vesta during the period 1974-1977 are reported. The procedure for obtaining transit observations is described, and the reduction methods and comparison ephemerides are discussed. The data reported in the article are a continuation of the data reported in Bulletin No. 236
