Twenty-eight medium-scale magnetic flux ropes are identified in the solar wind at 1 AU from observations of WIND and ACE from 1995 to 2000. Different from magnetic clouds (diameters of 60000~8000 RE) and small-scale magnetic flux ropes (diameter of 270 RE on average) which discovered by Moldwin et al., these medium size magnetic structures (diameters of 484~2500 RE) have durations of several hours. In this paper, we give statistic features of plasma properties of these flux ropes, with the aim of getting a better understanding of the origin of these medium-scale magnetic flux.
