The method and arrangement determining the energy spectrum of primary
cosmic rays by measuring its Cerenkov radiation are described. The
integral power index gamma = 1.80 + or - 0.11 of the energy spectrum of
primary cosmic rays was measured in the energy range of 2.9 x 10 to the
14th -4.0 x 10 to the 15th eV.
