Latest results on open heavy favour measurements in pp collisions at 7 TeV
and Pb-Pb collisions at sqrt(s_NN) = 2.76 TeV with the ALICE experiment are
presented. The results of the single lepton analyses (electrons at central
rapidity, muons at forward rapidity) and D meson reconstruction will be
discussed.
