The inelastic spectra and mean elasticities of leading nucleons in p-nucleus inclusive reactions are derived from intranuclear cascade calculations. Scaling and a flat elasticity distribution are assumed in nucleon-nucleon interactions. Results show that the mean elasticity decreases with mass number as A to the -1/3 power and A to the -0.18 power for the cases of a leading proton and a leading neutron, respectively.
