An increase of X-ray flux of the black hole candidate H 1743-322 was observed with MAXI/GSC on 2010 August 5 at 53+-5 mCrab in the 2-20 keV range. The RXTE/PCA Galactic scan observations and the Swift BAT hard X-ray monitor also show a rapid increase in both soft and hard X-rays. This indicates a beginning of a new outburst where the source would be in the low/hard state. Multi-wavelength observations of this initial stage of the outburst are strongly encouraged.
