Scientific paper

Investigations of the signal response of a variety of superconductors,
of both Type-I and -II, are reported. The results are interpreted in
terms of the flux motion sensitivity of the fast-pulse acquisition
electronic readout, and suitability for use in geometrically-metastable
devices indicated. .
