Black Holes: Masses

By constructing an explicit solution the mass inflation phenomenon is
shown to occur in (2+1)-dimensional dilaton black holes. The conjecture
of Cauchy horizon stability suggested by Helliwell and Konkowski is
checked and found to be valid.
