Two-gluon radiative corrections to the decay rate b -> clbar {ν } in the kinematical limit m(lbar {ν }) = 0 have been calculated as an expansion around (mc)/(m_b) = 0. In combination with known expansion around (mc)/(m_b) = 1, these results describe the corrections in the whole range of final quark mass with accuracy much better than 1%.
