Experimental and model's data on space distributions and temporal variations of temperature, density and composition of the Martian thermosphere in dependence on solar activity, time of day and Mars-Sun distance are summarized and thermospheric model is constructed. Its lower-boundary conditions are adjusted to MARS-GRAM troposphere and mesosphere model.
