The amplitude spectra of the ultralow-frequency magnetic field measured by the magnetometer MAG on board Giotto spacecraft during the flyby of the comet Grigg-Skjellerup 10 July 1992 are obtained. The spectral analysis have been made by the methods of fast Fourier transition, modified periodograms and maximal entropy. The spectral maxima correspond to the gyrofrequencies of the heavy cometary ions and the Alfvénic turbulence are identified. The posibilities of the application of the spectral analysis of the ULF-magnetic field as a method of the wave diagnostics of the ion cometary plasma composition is shown.
