The magnetic moment of the rho-meson is calculated in the framework of QCD
sum rules in external fields. Perturbative corrections are taken into account.
Bare loop calculations (parton model) give the value 2.0. The nonperturbative
effects (operators of dimension 6) result in negative contribution, whereas
perturbative corrections -- positive one. The final answer is 1.8.
