We briefly summarize the characteristics and capabilities of the ``Luigi Broglio'' Base for stratospheric balloon launches. Located near Trapani, the geographic position of the base is ideal for stratospheric balloon flights, including those ranging as far as the western coast of Spain. On site services include meteorological readings, remote control of the balloons and real time acquisition of data produced by scientific missions. .
